fix: Fixing primitive conversion failure if value mismatch

- Added a new test in `ExpandoObjectTests.cs` to verify serialization behavior with incorrect data types, ensuring graceful handling and default value assignment in type mismatches.
- Refined `PrimitiveConverter.cs` in the `ObjectCartographer.ExpressionBuilder.Converters` namespace to improve the conversion mechanism by adding try/catch behavior and default value return if the value can't be converted.
