Creates the Joint estimators (#35)

* Defining bases for joint estimation

* GeneralContainer can be updated from numpy array

* Adding length to GeneralContainer

This way, it becomes easier to obtain the total length of everything being stored
in the numerical container.

* Specifying the joint state assembly by the interface

* Set up base for Joint UKF Estimation

* ECM Joint UKF created

Created the main functionality to perform joint estimation of ECM model. Need to
think about how to denoise quantities.

* Interface initialized in joint estimator separately

We decided to create a helper class to initialize the model-estimator interface,
as the basic init functionality of the joint estimator is the same, the main
different being which interface is used. In order to better streamline this
process, it makes sense to have new joint estimator initialize their interface
separately, but be initialized in the same manner.

* Bug fix with caching

The cache decorator was not playing nicely with the property decorator, but,
luckily, functools provides a cached_property decorator, which I believe does
exactly what we need.

* Freezing ECMASOH template

Before, the ECMASOH provide_template returned an ASOH objects with a few inner
attributes marked as updatable, even though the top-level updatable set was empty.
This would cause problems when marking one component of the RC-pair as updatable,
since it would also automatically mark the other one as well. Now, to prevent this
issue, we return an ECMASOH object with all fields and inner fields frozen/fixed.

* Starting joint UKF demo by setting updatable params

* Validating assignments after HV instantiation

The ECM components did not have their fields validated after instantiation, which
could cause major headaches when using estimators that constantly chage their
values. We need to make sure their fields are always correct.

* Fixing bug with from_numpy in ... (continued)
