IGVF-1783 Standalone file-set chart page (#556)

* Implement a mechanism to have stand-alone pages. Modify _app.js to detect and execute these pages. Add a standalone page for
* Correct a bad import path that a full build doesn’t pick up for some reason.
* Don’t use names to determine which pages are standalone. Just use a new boolean in props. This is because uglification broke the name method.
* Have the chart legends
* Use the new /dataset-summary endpoint from IGVF-1801.
* Temporarily redirect the igvfd demo at Keenan’s IGVF-1801 demo.
* Update Cypress version in docker-compose files to try to fix Internal Server Error when Cypress runs on CircleCI.
* Avoid a crash if we get no results from the /dataset-summary endpoint.
* Revert temporary cdk demo change.
* Add padding around the standalone version of the chart.
* Don’t have the chart link to searches.
* Remove the stand-alone-page.ts file that was left with nearly no function. Do some other small fixes.
