Fix graph printing in TDAG / CDAG generation tests

Previously with --print-graphs, dot graphs were written to the log, but
test logs are now captured and discarded on success, breaking this
command-line option.

Now TDAG / CDAG tests write dot graphs to stdout like previously done
for IDAG tests already. Since test names are included in the dot title,
no additional context is printed.
