Move getting the device parent from the device to the backend

In some cases the device itself doesn't have enough of a 'world-view' to
understand what the parent should be.

Move this to the backend which can also create the right GType as required,
e.g. creating a custom FuI2cDevice parent rather than a 'plain' FuUdevDevice.
