Aggregate coverage using Jacoco

Before, e.g. Parser.Builder.extensions wasn't shown as being covered at
all, probably because the integration tests that use it are in a
different module.

By letting Jacoco aggregate the results and then have Coveralls submit
that, the coverage seems to be correct now.
