Bug fixes for Proxima implementation  (#27)

* Add minimum fraction, training logs to proxima

* Create a copy of model for calculator

Avoids the model from becoming untrainable

* Update the models parameter when loading state

* Add random seed, params from file, ignore steps in hash

* Actually use the "min frac" argument
