Consistency: provide `site_name` for all scrapers. (#1177)

* Refactor the `OpenGraph` fill plugin to handle site names in addition to images.
* Allow both `OpenGraph` and `SchemaOrg` fill plugins to complement each other.
* Fill-in all previously-null-valued `site_name` JSON test expectations.
* Nitpicks: fix the names of a couple of scrapers.
