Switch groundwater sign  (#376)

* Adapt signs of mlw, mhw, msw columns.
Switch header labels _max, _min.

* Acidity fill value from -99 to 99 to reflect sign change, and soil group bin selection adapted.
Acidity_test adapted to reflect mlw sign change.

* Aanpassingen aan testen om deze met de huidige asc files of array input zoveel mogelijk te laten slagen. Bijhorende codewijzigingen waar nodig, maar beperkt.

* Changed asc files level values into new asc files (e.g. msw_inv.asc). Adapted test files and yml test settings files as needed.

* niche_vegetation.csv replaced by Zenodo file version (quote signs have been removed). version.py now contains records of the reference table version, source and filename. niche.py contains additional information in the __repr__ reflection the reference table version info. CONTRIBUTING.rst contains description on checkin the zenodo file version and replacing if required.
