Added user_pattern and user_pattern_list modules

Details:

* Added new Ansible modules 'zhmc_user_pattern_list' and 'zhmc_user_pattern'
  for listing and managing user patterns on the HMC. (issue #361)

* Added end2end testcaes for these new modules.

* Added a user pattern and a user template to the mocked z14/z16 envs.
