Fixed mock support for create user pattern

Details:

* The "Create User Pattern" operation in the zhmcclient mock support does not
  set defaults for all properties. Fixed that.

* It also incorrectly requires 'user-template-uri' as input. That was correct
  until HMC 2.133, and since 2.14, one of three methods to identify the user
  template is required. Adjusted that.

* Added a user pattern and a user template to the mocked z14/z16 environments.

* Adjusted the unit tests for user patterns and mocked user patterns.
