Use microsecond precision when storing timestamps

Real devices are slow, but we skip all the deliberate delays when emulating.

This means if we install multiple firmware files in succession, different
device versions can *sometimes* get the exact same created or modified
timestamp -- which really confuses the replug logic.

This took several hours to figure out.
