Fix release pipeline (#25)

* feat(lang switcher): implement lang switcher in liveview and slugify note urls

- Update Blog and Note modules to handle url-based routing
- Modify NoteLive components to use url instead of id
- Update router to use url parameter for note routes
- Adjust tests to accommodate new url field
- Implement slugify function for generating urls from titles
