Mock support for Storage Group VSRs

Details:

* Added zhmcclient mock support for VSRs by adding classes:
  - FakedVirtualStorageResourceManager
  - FakedVirtualStorageResource
  and the corresponding URI handling via classes:
  - VirtualStorageResourcesHandler
  - VirtualStorageResourceHandler

* Added unit test cases for the new Faked... classes.

* Added end2end testcases for VSRs.

* Updated mocked end2end testcases for z14 and z16 to have VSRs.
