IGVF-1521 Add report links to tables (#541)

* Add report link to ConfigurationFile page derived-from table. Add report link to all input-file-set tables on the AnalysisSet page.
* Add report link to Integrated Content Files on ConstructLibrarySet page.
* Add report links to the Treatments, Modifiers, and Biomarkers tables on the InVitroSample page.
* Add a report link for input file sets on the ModelSet page.
* Add report links for tables on the PrimaryCell, Whole Organism, and Tissue pages.
* Add report link to derived-from table on AlignmentFile page. Update derived-from table to use a report link and label. Update Configuration File page to use the report link and label.
* Add report links to signal, sequence, reference, matrix, image file pages.
* Remove the report link from the Modifications table until Modification becomes an abstract class, and CrisprModification and DegronModification become the real object types. Keep `reportLink` and `reportLabel` in the calls to the modification table because they’ll need to return anyway.
