Remove legacy email login feature. (#7971)

* Remove login info from email flow, ghost addrs TODO.

* Add logs for testing ghost address flows.

* Update email token import.

* Add ghost address logic but still broken.

* Remove comments.

* Permit SSO-derived emails on Users.

* Fix tsc build.

* Add email verification field setting.

* Fix null check error on finishUpdateEmail.

* Replace logger.

* Add additional merges for ghost addrs.

* Fix linter issue.
