Fix: only include file pages that are referenced in the content of a page  (#58)

* Moved RegExPatternExtended to osw.utils.strings

Some example RegExPatternExtended usage is given

* Fixing WtSite.create_page_package()

to include all file pages that are referenced in the slot content of a page (that is packaged into a page package)

* Fix: Fixing failing test due to moved module
