Commit Message

* do not copy each template every time we call smooth_and_resample!
  determine the range of live pixels, rather than using a mask
  (this will be even faster once we fix how templates are stored
  in memory)
* clean up uses of smooth_and_resample -- one was a no-op, and
  the other can do less memory allocating
* minor cleanup of trapz_rebin
* Numba-ize centers2edges()
