Commit Message

* correctly render lines whose width is so small that their significant
  flux lies entirely within one observed wavelength bin.  (We even
  support lines with sigma == 0 and nonzero amplitude, though we
  probably never see such things in practice.)
* fix computation of bin widths so as not to mix edges from different
  cameras, and make sure we pass enough widths for each camera to
  always include the padding that avoids out-of-range accesses
