feat: Enhanced Excel and delimited file support

- Support for delimited file formats has been expanded, introducing configurable options through dependency injection and improved handling of various delimiter options.

- Support for Excel file format has been finished with fixes to initial code based on test results.

-The project's dependency on the `Mecha.xUnit` package has been updated to version `2.1.82`.

- Handling of nullable references across base classes and readers has been enhanced to improve code safety and clarity.

- New tests specifically targeting Excel format handling have been added, ensuring the project can effectively construct instances, retrieve extensions and MIME types, and perform read/write operations asynchronously. The handling of Excel file metadata has been refined to include extended and custom properties.
