Deleted a whole bunch of __eq__ and __ne__ methods, which I had originally introduced purely to facilitate "assertDictEqual" method calls in unit testing. My plan was to refactor testing to assert more specific statements, rather than comparing entire dictionaries. I expected the removal of these methods to cause a whole bunch of existing tests to break, but this did not happen, which makes me slightly suspicious.
