Test: Fixes and improvements in end2end_mocked tests and zhmcclient mock support

Details:

* Copied mock file for z16 from zhmc Ansible project into the tests/end2end
  directory, and also the HMC inventory and vault files. Used those files
  for the end2end_mocked test, instead of the previously used (very thin)
  files in the examples directory.

* Test: Improved the checking in the test_storage_volume.py end2end test
  module.

* Test: Fixed str/int issue in end2end tests in skip_missing_api_feature().

* Mock: Fixed the "Modify Storage Group Properties" HMC operation in the
  zhmcclient mock support.
