Support templ debug mode (#1)

feat: Improve performance for templ-only changes by letting
`templ generate --watch` do the magic with its debug mode through `_templ.txt` files.
feat: Parallelize building go and running golangci-lint.
fix: Improve log consistency.

docs: Update README
feat: Deduplicate file change events ignoring write/create events on files if checksum remained the same.
fix: Ignore websocket errors and disconnect
