Second corrections (#25)

* remove old test

* move test from NormalCellTest to GameTest

* Add a test for battling after a wormholeCell effect

* Delete WormholeCell >> teleport method because it was the same that applyEffectTo:in:

* delete WormholeCell >> enters because it was the same that Cell >> enters method

* Delete WormholeCellTest because all the tests was the same that the ones in GameTest

* delete NormalCell >> enters: because it was the same that Cell >> enters:

* move test from WormholeTest to GameTest

* Only can create Wormhole pair with WormholeCell >> newPairIn:start:end:

* delete unused variable

* move test from WormholeCell

* move laps logic from ship to board to get less encapsulation

* rename HyperSpaceJump -> HyperSpaceJumpCell

* create CellGenerator class

* forgot file in last commit

* add functionality to throw if probabilities dont sum one

* refactor: extract method verifyAreValid: someProbabilities
