MAINT: installed config path_to_alignment() just returns sqlitedb

[CHANGED] alignments separately stored as sqlitedb and gapstore
    (which is hdf5). The AlignDb deduces the latter filename
    from the path to the sqlitedb - hence the config method
    just returns this.
