Refactored UTCDateTime to be compatible with Mongo UTCDateTime

This class now is a serializable wrapper for MongoDB\BSON\UTCDateTime class.
In addition, you can create a UTCDateTime using a mongo date object or
timestamp.

Example:

$date = new UTCDateTime(time());
$date = new UTCDateTime(new MongoDB\BSON\UTCDateTime(time()*1000));
