IGVF-1689 Add summary display to list view items (#514)

* Add a new component to display the summary as a list-view supplement item. Use this for object types that include the summary but that the UI doesn’t display.
* Update other uses of the summary, including removing the ModelSet summary display because it only shows an accession.
* Fix Jest tests.
* Remove summary display from supplement of MeasurementSet.
* Remove stray console.log.
* Correct supplement summaries that repeat the object titles.
* Fix a newly broken Jest test.
* Update Cypress facet test because igvfd test data changed.
