Refactored Kubernetes Job client tests and implementation (#786)

**Added:**

- Client initialization checks in `ApplyKubernetesJob`, `DeleteKubernetesJob`,
  `GetJobPodName`, `ListKubernetesJobs`, and `JobExists` methods.
- Mock tests for `ApplyKubernetesJob` method.

**Changed:**

- Removed unnecessary `ConfigBuilder` and `DynamicClientCreator` from
  `JobsClient` struct.
- Refactored `ApplyKubernetesJob` to use existing `DynamicClient` directly.
- Simplified test cases for `ApplyKubernetesJob` by removing redundant setup.
- Cleaned up imports and removed unused dependencies in tests.
