IGVF-1672 Update file-set tables on AnalysisSet pages (#516)

* Don’t filter `input_file_sets` on MeasurementSet anymore. Expect that I’ll need to display all `input_file_sets`.
* Display different kinds of file sets in independent tables. I still need to define different tables for different types.
* Finish all the different input file set tables.
* Move all components for input file sets into a separate file.
* Remove now-unused table-cell display components. Correct comments.
* Sort the input file sets tables alphabetically. Change a couple column titles. Correct comments.
* Fix dark-mode About navigation icon.
* Hide columns if they contain no data.
* Rearrange the code more logically.
* Correct order of properties in a request.
* Hide Measured Samples column from Auxiliary Set Input File Set table if all samples are empty. The same applies to the Disease Terms column of the sample table. Change the title of the MeasurementSets column of the Auxiliary Set Input File Sets table to “Associated Measurement Sets.”
