Update badges, modify CI (#34)

Removes SourceHut CI, adds badges, and sets more intentionality about when CI actions run:

 - Dusa tests run on all push
 - Everything-builds checks run only on pushes to main and on pull requests
 - Coveralls runs only on main pushes and when requested, so it can show up in PR logs but doesn't have to - right now it's pretty noisy
 - Publication is only by manually-run action from the main branch, not from pushing to a specific branch
