Redmonster fix (#232)

* added a check to avoid passing spectra with zero flux in any channel to redmonster (which currently doesn't handle such spectra). Added a try catch block to the multiprocessing function for better debugging.

* skip zero spectra. Added --first-spec option to start at an arbitrary spectrum

* bring back the usage of --nspec

* new multiprocessing done inside redmonster zfinder

* add logger and debugging messages

* add --npoly option. It's 2 by default. Setting it to 1 runs faster and might be better

* allow npoly=0

* add some timing log

* Added the option --rand-exp to desi_zfind to run redmonster on a single exposure (choses randomly among those available).

* Added the option --s2n-file to output a list of targetid, signal-to-noise ration.
