IGVF-1643 Redo list view metadata (#505)

* Update all the custom list-view renderers.
* Add a boolean to show or hide the “Alternate Accessions” title. Return styling to the alternate accessions on summary pages.
* Update the list-view documentation for the new roles of meta and supplement.
* Update alternate accession Jest tests for full coverage.
* Get the Jest tests passing. Still have to get coverage working.
* Get full Jest coverage for the new publication modules.
* Get full Jest coverage.
* Put in a console.log in measurement-set.js to trace an issue with missing audits on an edited object.
* Removed a console.log used to help diagnose an audits issue.
* Fix an issue found on demo where the citation line of the publication supplement is blank.
* Update the gene display list for Open Reading Frame results.
