Add stacktrace to the JSON message. (#278)

* Add stacktrace to the JSON message.

Previously, the stacktrace was printed after the JSON log line. With this change the stacktrace becomes part of the JSON log line.

In addition, this change makes it possible to add the cause within a namespace.

* Fix windows build issues
