refactor(unsubscribe): use 0 based index to unsubscribe from a queue

Because we use 0 based index everywhere in code those days, the system here should not be different.

BREAKING CHANGE:
Change the way you use the unSubscriber to reflect the modification made in this commit. You should have connection by index starting at 0 ant not 1 now.
