Adding support for multiple conf.py candidates.

People might have moved their Sphinx docs in their project from one
directory to another. Support this since they can't change the directory
path in tags.

export() now "flattens" exported files. No longer will
./docs/docs/conf.py and so on be in the target dir. No need for those
parent directories.
