Enhance resource status handling and expand testing

**Added:**
- Extended GetResourceStatus functionality to interpret job conditions
  for Kubernetes resources, accommodating different statuses like Complete
  and Failed for jobs.
- Added new test cases for job completion and failure states in
  status_test.go to ensure proper functionality.

**Changed:**
- Updated existing pod status tests to utilize a generalized setupResource
  function, streamlining test setup.
- Improved error handling in GetResourceStatus to provide clearer messages
  when resource statuses are missing, ensuring errors are more descriptive.
