IGVF-1617 Collapsible lists and report links (#488)

* Make all separated lists collapsible where meaningful.
* Remove tests for the now-deleted external_resources property.
* Move `<IdentifierList>` to components directory.
* Add collapsing to all relevant properties in biosample-derived properties, as well as report links. Change the new `<IdentifierList>` component to optionally display a report link. Add inline styles to the Button and ButtonLink components.
* Have OntologyTerm objects use IdentiferList for the `is_a` property. Remove redundant status display from gene summary pages. Add comments to IdentifierList.
* Change `<IdentifierList>` to not generate a link itself, but to rely on the child to do that. This allows more flexibility for the contents of the identifier lists.
* Small correction to the last commit.
* Use `<IdentifierList>` for lists of PIs in attribution boxes.
* Remove `<IdentifierList>` as it was saving nearly nothing. Replace with `<SeparatedList>` in all places.
* Add a report link.
* Jest test for inline buttons.
* Make analysis steps on workflow pages collapsible, and add a report link.
* Add report links to sequence file seqspecs and prediction set samples.
* Add report links on MeasurementSet, InVitroSystem, CuratedSet, pages ConstructLibrarySet pages. Remove a JSX comment from common-data-items.js that I think the precommit formatter changes incorrectly.
* Revert change to the number of items a list can have before it starts collapsing. I only changed it for testing.
* Add some debugging console logs.
* More debugging messages.
* Try to confirm the donor display is the cause of the demo crash.
* Remove more code to debug the UI crash.
* Hopeful fix for the UI crash. The UI expected MultiplexedSample.construct_library_samples to be populated if any construct library samples exist in the `multiplexed_samples` array. But this appears not to be the case. Display the `@id` of the construct library if the c... (continued)
