Authorise saving emails relative to JWT authentication (#1468)

Migrates the suboptiomal authentication/authorisation for saving emails to the new JWT/SIWE-based approach:

- Remove `EmailRegistrationGuard` and replace it with `AuthGuard`
- Add `SaveEmailDtoSchema` in order to checksum the incoming `signer` address
- Assert chain, signer and Safe ownership before saving email addresses
- Add/update associated test coverage
