[Game] Fixed persistent Vehicle saving (#917)

* [Game] Fixed persistent Vehicle saving

- Added various fields to the ``slaves`` table to allow saving of child slaves like canons.
- Added unused function to delete vehicles
- Fixed the issue where child doodads from slave that are not persistent (or newly created) would not be missing their InitDoodad function, resulting in timer functions to not work server-side.
- Replaced ItemContainer.CanDestroy with Item.CanDestroy
- Added Item.OnManuallyDestroyingItem that is called just before a item gets destroyed from tossing it
- RemoveActiveSlave now has a added argument to allow unsummoning even when the vehicle is carrying items.
