fix: Fixing build and adding code coverage

Changes:

1. The `dependabot.yml` file was updated to ignore certain dependencies and allow others. A new package ecosystem for "nuget" and a new directory for "/TestFountain.Example/" were added.
2. The 'FastActivator.sln' solution was removed from the `docsfx.yml` and `dotnet-publish.yml` files.
3. A new step for publishing coverage reports to coveralls.io was added to the `dotnet-publish.yml` file.
4. The `dotnet-test.yml` file was updated to remove the solution 'FastActivator.sln'.
5. The version of "Microsoft.NET.Test.Sdk" in the `TestFountain.Example.csproj` file was updated from "17.8.0" to "17.9.0".
6. A new using statement for "Mirage.Generators.Names" was added to the `DefaultGeneratorTests.cs` file.
7. New package references for "coverlet.collector" and "coverlet.msbuild" were added to the `TestFountain.Tests.csproj` file.
8. The version of "Mirage" in the `TestFountain.csproj` file was updated from "4.0.98" to "4.0.99".
