* fix problem with docker USER networking w/ portMappings and ipAddress

* DO NOT MERGE THIS TO MASTER: commented out failing unit test

* restored original AppsResourceTest

* bugfix: handle the case wherein no ports are actually assigned

* avoid reassigning service ports that are already taken

* unit tests for assignDynamicServicePorts

* added TODO for port name generation

* cleanup as per code review comments

* generate port names for containers using portMappings

* Cleanup service ports allocation code

* Add missing tests
