* Added unmyelinated axon argument in launch_morphometrics_computation

* Added unmyelinated axon suffix (_seg-uaxon)

* Add detailed description of -u flag

* Ignore u-axon preds as inputs for batch morphometrics

* Extract mask loading into a fn and load uaxon when necessary

* Support uaxon in morphometrics and validate input arguments

* Save index image on top of uaxon mask

* Use different default morphometric filename in unmyelinated mode

* PEP8 lint and support batch uaxon morphometrics

* Warn user that -b is ignored in unmyelinated mode

* Add tests for morphometrics unmyelinated mode

* Document morphometrics -u flag

* Fix morphometrics test setup method
