style(lint): override fewer linting rules

The only places the linter is still told to please stop complaining:
- in auto-generated code, where anticipating whether a variable is not
  used (or not used mutably) would introduce infeasible code complexity
- in `op_stack.rs`, to suppress `len_without_empty`, with a good
  explanation of why the suppression is the better choice
