Populate `Request['auth']` in AuthGuard (#1459)

After verification of the JWT token within the `AuthGuard`, this assigns the decoded payload and adds it to the `Request['accessToken']` object for later reference/comparison relative to authorisation:

- Assign the verified `AuthPayload` to `Request['accessToken']` in `AuthGuard`
- Add `AuthPayloadDecorator`
