Model Histograms API (#197)

* Add request serializer for histogram.

* Takes in a table name and a numeric field to generate a histogram based on the bin count or bin size and various other filter parameters which are validated.

* Adds a test case for the custom bin to bring up the code coverage higher. Tidies up some code with comments, renaming variables and restructuring logic.

* Histogram Model Frontend view - User Age histogram (#198)
