Establish integration tests

Why these changes are being introduced:

Connecting to the MIT Oracle Data Warehouse can be challenging given some older versions and OS
requirements.  This commit establishes integration test flags in pytest to seperate tests that
will be helpful for local development and troubleshooting, and more advanced integration tests,
but ones that should not run as part of CI/CD.  At least at this time.

How this addresses that need:
* Add 'unit' and 'integration' pytest markers
* Updated 'make test' command to skip integration tests
