Migrate `MultisigTransaction` to `zod` (#1385)

Migrates the validation of `MultisigTransaction`s to `zod`:

- Replace `confirmationSchema` with `ConfirmationSchema`
- Replace `multisigTransactionSchema` with `MultisigTransactionSchema`
- Remove `multisigTransactionPageSchema`
- Infer types from the schemas and propegate them.
- Add appropriate test coverage for the above
