Update to aas-core-meta, codegen, testgen 6d5411b, d06db62b, 8f749f00a (#20)

We update the development requirements to and re-generate everything
with:
* [aas-core-meta 6d5411b],

Notably, we propagate [the fix #328 on aas-core-meta] related to
