IGVF-1488 Merge npm packages (#471)

* Update npm packages.
* Update @testing-library/react to version 15.
* Switch `formatDate()` to use date-fns instead of dayjs. Adjust its output to use the given date regardless of time zone. Use an ndash for the date range.
* Correct previous commit.
* Remove dayjs npm package.
* Render page objects using the marked-react package, including the markdown block preview.
* Convert the entire code base to use the new MarkdownSection component. Update the keys used in the Markdown renderer.
* Remove the marked npm package.
* Add a testid property to MarkdownSection and use it in the audit narrative display.
* Rebuild package-lock.json to fix Jest tests not finding the “marked” package from “marked-react.”
* Fix a small issue with invalid links, though that code would almost never be executed.
* Add a Jest test for markdown-section.js. Remove unreachable code because coveralls will never allow that.
* Fix an unused variable.
