fix: Adding tests and fixing a few issues

Changes:

1. The code has been updated to handle null values more effectively. This includes changing method signatures to accept nullable parameters, adding null checks before using certain variables, and returning null in some cases where a method previously would have thrown an exception.

2. Several new unit tests have been added, particularly for the `HelpCommandTests` and `ArgLexerTests` classes. These tests check various aspects of the classes' functionality.

3. Some existing unit tests have been updated, with changes including the addition of assertions and the replacement of certain method calls with equivalent but more concise expressions.

4. The `DynamicDisplayAttribute` class has been updated to cache the result of its `GetDescription` method, improving performance by avoiding unnecessary object creation and string conversion.
